Indemnity

1. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metanoia LLC  

2. Metanoia LLC makes NO guarantee of financial gain or return

3. Financial gains/losses are the sole responsibility of the member; Metanoia LLC does NOT force members into any financial decisions - EVER

4. While the concept of investing may be discussed, Metanoia LLC will NOT make any investment suggestions NOR give any formal guidance on investments, and it should NOT be inferred that it is; speech regarding investing is purely educational 

5. The terms “ROI” and “return on investment” should be understood as your investment into this membership and NOTHING else

6. Estimated projected return on investment is calculated through data averages; all situations are different – results may and likely will vary, and guarantees are NEVER made

Non-Disclosure

1. The Metanoia Budget (spreadsheets/workbooks) and Strategy (ALL ideas, concepts, education, knowledge, and sub-strategies discussed during the program), including the “Metanoia Mindset,” are the sole property of Metanoia LLC and is for the sole knowledge and use of Metanoia Members who have paid for the right to utilize it

2. Any attempt to share or market Metanoia LLC’s property as one’s own without the expressed consent of Metanoia LLC will be considered a breach of contract and will be met with legal action

3. Metanoia LLC will NOT share personal client information with others without permission, but it DOES reserve the right to use anonymous data collected from the results of this membership and/or comments/post/reviews in the Metanoia Community for marketing purposes

Payment/Refund 

1. ALL payments made to Metanoia LLC are FINAL
2. Metanoia LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or missing payments
3. Metanoia LLC does NOT offer refunds for any reason unless agreed upon on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC
4. Fees and terms are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC
5. In the case that Metanoia LLC is the cause of service disruption, a pro-rated refund will be issued, or the service will resume/be completed at a later date (decision is up to the member, but the classification of service disruption and refunds are at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC)
6. Once session dates and times are agreed upon, Metanoia reserves the right to deduct missed sessions from the members paid sessions and is at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC
7. Technological mishaps, errors, or defects on either side (Metanoia LLC or Metanoia member) are NOT means for refund

Metanoia Community 

1. The Metanoia Community will be strongly monitored for professionalism and ethics, but Metanoia LLC is NOT responsible for any interactions, transactions, altercations, etc. between Metanoia Members

2. Membership fees and terms are subject to change at any time and is at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC

3. Metanoia LLC has the right to cancel memberships with NO refund at any time for any reason and is at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC

Additional Items

1. Metanoia LLC is not responsible for any costs accrued during Metanoia membership. These can include but are not limited to interest from debts, any tax related bills/charges, internet/data charges, bill late fees, investment commissions, any applications/programs paid for in addition to the Metanoia membership, or anything outside of Metanoia Courses/Programs and Community costs

2. The terms “client” and “member” are interchangeable 

3. Metanoia LLC may offer referral bonuses for sharing this program with friends and/or family; these payments are NOT guaranteed NOR owed - amounts are subject to change at any point and is at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC

4. Metanoia LLC may offer rewards for outstanding member performance; these payments are NOT guaranteed NOR owed - amounts are subject to change at any point and is at the sole discretion of Metanoia LLC
